In all our apartments, check-in is available from 2.00 pm , check-out by 10.30 am .
Self check-in is possible if notified in advance.
Guest support
During your stay, you will have a dedicated number available 24/7 for emergencies.
It is strictly prohibited:
- smoking inside the apartments;
- organize events.
Reservations & Cancellations
If you are interested in booking, please write to us at:
mezzaninobnb@gmail.com or fill out the form on the CONTACT page.
We will confirm your booking request within 24 hours and send you a formal contract.
Your reservation is considered confirmed only if, within the next 24 hours, we receive the completed and signed contract via email, along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt for the 50% deposit of the agreed-upon stay.
In the meantime, the requested dates will remain blocked.
You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your stay begins; in this case, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid.
If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the start of the stay, nothing will be refunded.
NB: the minimum stay is always at least 2 days.
